Get ready to compete
IIUM Robotic Competition (IRC) is a yearly international level robotics competition organized by IIUM Roboteam and Makers@IIUM of the International Islamic University Malaysia.
The competition aims to provide a platform for primary and secondary school students to showcase their robotics skills and foster a sense of unity and competition among participants.
IRC 2023 will be held on October 14, 2023 at the Wadi Budi Hall of the International Islamic University Malaysia Gombak Campus.

Choose your arena
Autonomous Sumo
Teams compete using autonomous robots that must force each other out of the ring.
Robot spec: One unit of robot with max weight of 1kg and max size of 15cm x 15cm x 15cm
Open to: Students aged 6 to 17
Team members: 3 students (max)
Rules for Autonomous Sumo
Soccer Robot
Each team controls two bots to play as a team against the opposing team's bots aiming to score the most goals.
Robot spec: Two units of robot with max weight of 1.5kg and max size of 15cm x 15cm x 15cm each
Open to: Students aged 6 to 17
Team members: 3 students (max)
